Every day, four West Australian women are diagnosed with breast cancer. This impacts their lives financially, emotionally and of course, physically. Breast Cancer Care WA provides our services to any West Australian, free of charge.
All money raised through IGA Purple Bra Day events go directly to Breast Cancer Care WA, so money raised in Western Australia stays in Western Australia.

Breast Cancer Care WA ensures that breast care nursing, counselling and financial and practical support is available to anyone affected by breast cancer in Western Australia.
Thanks to the generosity of the Western Australian community, all services are free of charge and tailored to meet the needs of each individual.

How do you fundraise for IGA Purple Bra Day?
Firstly, click on the Register button above and fill out the form. You'll receive a #breastfriends pack which includes a free ‘one size fits all’ purple bra, plus all of the information you need to get going - including a fundraising ideas booklet..
You can then wear your bra OVER your clothes either on IGA Purple Bra Day or during your own event to raise vital funds for your #breastfriends. There is no limit to the kind of event you can hold! There is no minimum amount to raise, or the fun you can have doing it.
